You pay for the system that runs the method on your own house, year after year. The method itself is public and stays that way: the guides, the glossary, the mandate calculator, the repair-or-replace calculator and the demo house are free to anyone, with no account.

You set up your house once and get its multi-year plan: which parts are due when, what each is likely to cost, and what to set aside each month so fewer big years arrive as a surprise. When something breaks, you run the 4P urgency check, set a fair ceiling for the job, and send the contractor a brief with that ceiling written in. A quote comes back and you read it against the fair band for your house. The work gets done, you record what it cost, and the record of your house builds with every season you use it. The lifespans behind all of this align with the BOEI inspection handbook and the NEN 2767 condition standard, the references professional property managers use.

You are not buying an inventory, a reminder list, or a way to find a contractor. Your receipts and manuals stay wherever you keep them, and you find your contractor the way you do now. What you get is the decision: whether the quote in front of you is fair, and whether this is a repair year, a replacement year, or a defer-with-a-date year.

Nobody else pays for the tool. There are no insurer distribution deals, no contractor commissions, and no data brokerage. A tool an insurer pays for earns when you do more maintenance; a tool a contractor pays for earns when you book more jobs. A tool you pay for can say “defer it” or “do it yourself” when that is the right answer.

renewal

We will email you 30 to 45 days before each renewal with the date, the amount, and a one-click way to cancel. A renewal will not arrive unannounced.

changing your mind

14 days from the day you are charged, full refund, no conditions: withdraw from your contract here. After that, cancelling from your account stops the next renewal and your access runs to the end of the year you paid for.

where it works

Built for houses in Finland, the Netherlands, and Sweden. In Norway and Denmark your house starts from the Nordic construction defaults (timber frame, timber cladding, a metal roof, triple glazing); in Germany it starts from generic ones. Every guessed year is marked as a guess, and every row is yours to correct. The United Kingdom can subscribe, but setting up a house has no UK option yet.
