Withdraw from your contract

Within 14 days of paying, you can withdraw from your appkeep subscription and get the full amount back. Tell us who you are and we take it from there.

Confirm your withdrawal

We send a link to the email address on your appkeep account. Opening it shows the request came from you and not from someone else. Then we cancel your subscription and return the full amount you paid, to the method you paid with, within 14 days.

The date on record is today, when you send this. Opening the link later does not move it.

Your withdrawal request is in.

We have emailed the address you gave, with the time you sent this. That time is the one on record, and your refund runs from it.

If the address belongs to an appkeep account, that email carries a link. Open it so we know the request came from you rather than from someone else, and we take care of the rest.
